| What i like about the Korean memorial is that it lists the names of all the countries who participated and all the lives lost.... Too many... The inscription at the US side of the memorial is poignant: "Our nation honors her sons and daughters who answered the call to defend a country they never knew and a people they never met". | ||
Isabel doesn't like the WW2 memorial

| Isabel almost rammed into one of the pillars of the newly built WW2 memorial - a memorial which to me looks monstrous and will block the view from the Monument to the reflecting pool to the Lincoln Memorial.... | ||
