Waitomo Glowworms

| Waitomo is famous for its glowworms. The main cave for the tourists has a gorgeous boatride across a lit sky of glowworms, but unfortunately absolutely no photography is allowed (also the boat is moving).... But, down in the Lost World cave, there were some as well and I put the camera on my lap and held still for several seconds.... | ||

| The last part of the Waitomo cave is a huge ladder that hangs to its back.... You hang in there and climb it up fast and it turns out to be much longer than you thought initially.... | ||
