the words actually say karaoke. i heard some of the people in kabukicho are rather stand-offish or unfriendly to foreigners--especially white foreigners. its funny because even though you may be of full japanese blood, they can spot foreign japanese from a mile away.. | ||

Ummmm, yeah. Actually, DaiJingRen is correct. 'Karaoke' is what a number of these signs say. One of them even says 'Beauty Clinic'. Are you sure you understood the "direct words" the women used??? | ||
