Me with the wind blowing up my pants on top of the Haleakala Volcano.
Here, up high on the Haleakala mountain/volcano.... this lab had its primary mission in the 80s to investigate Ronald Reagan's Starwars Program....
 Can you spot the big one?
 Maui has an amazing variety of landscapes and vegetation... The 10,000 feet high Haleakala mountain keeps all the rain on one side... and keeps the other side dry....

Hallway in the Ultraschall, when my camera did weird things again....
Arriving home in a snow-covered Schoenblick after Karin was driving and I had to sing loud and out of tune so that we both didn't fall asleep and end on the side of the road or in a warm coffin....
 With Fraenk playing the Bavarian national card game Schafkopfn....
 Walk through the forest next to our home... You can only imagine how fresh the air is....
