At our TVA meeting we had the mayor even join us and sing us the national anthem.... It went on for minutes with lots of passion and our of key... After repeating the verse for the 10th time he expected us to join in, but we all had to suppress our laughter....
This is the place where my parents met by accident for the first time... sometime in the mid-sixties.... my Dad chatted up my mum... and that's why I am here today....
 Again, me saying thank you to this historic site....

After a hard ascent with the bikes (I am so unfit), the view over Zurich... It was a rainy and grey day, but this shows the surroundings of Zuerich quite well....
we hadn't seen each other for more than a year....

With the famous Grossmuenster church....
Is seen everywhere.... even on their churches....
 Timi relaxing his feet that had been massacred by new rollerblade shoes and looked close-up like something straight out of an documentary on war crimes in Afghanistan.... Nevertheless it will be more Marathons, 200km rollerblades and 100km runs for him....
And the camera likes him....

Hollywood Sign... the original photo was 4 separate ones stitched together.... Oh... and it is flipped, so you can read the letters....
The construction of the signs is basically as underwhelming as the fake facades in Universal Studios....
